In 2020, Kattankappi conducted 21 episodes through Facebook Live broadcast, with the aim of keeping people engaged, entertained, and enlightened while they awaited normalcy. Topics coved
included creative writing, storytelling, poetry, travelogue, book review, mental wellbeing, environment, climate change challenges, workshops on story-writing and poem writing, etc. Over 100 eminent speakers from the social, art and literary domains contributed to 2020 Kattankappi events. This included prominent personalities such as K P Ramanunni (Novelist & winner of Kerala State Sahithya Academi Awards), Dr. Punalur Somarajan (Humaitarian & Founder and Managing Trustee of Gandhai Bhavan, Kerala) Girish Menon (CEO Action Aid, U.K), Dr. Hena Vijayan (Child Consultant and Adolescent Psychiatrist), Dr Shafi Muthalif (Consultant Psychiatrist at NHS), Dr Gopakumar Nair (Director at NHS England and NHS Improvement), Dr. S Ramkumar (Dean at Rajiv Gandhai University of Veterinary Education and research), Sister Lucy (Social Activist) Ngeralath Hari Govindan (Musician), Prof. N M Kakkaserry (Orator, Author and Social Activist), Leela Santosh (Film Director
