2024  ഫെബ്രുവരിയിൽ, അന്തരിച്ച ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് കവിയും, നടനും, എഴുത്തുകാരനുമായ ബെഞ്ചമിൻ സെഫനായിയുടെ സ്മരണാഞ്ജലിയിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സാഹിത്യ സംഭാനകളെ പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തി. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ 'റെഫ്യൂജി ബോയ് ' എന്ന നോവലിനെപ്പറ്റി വിശദമായ ചർച്ച ഉണ്ടായി. ലോകോത്തര സിനിമകളായ പഥേർ പാഞ്ചാലി, ബൈസിക്കിൾ തീവ്സ് എന്നിവയെപ്പറ്റിയുള്ള വിശദമായ ചർച്ചകൾ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. ചിത്രങ്ങളിലെ ക്ലിപ്പിംഗുകൾ പ്രദർശിപ്പിച്ചത് ചർച്ചകൾക്കു കൂടുതൽ കരുത്തേകി.

ചെണ്ട വായനയിൽ അഗ്രഗണ്യനായ മട്ടന്നൂർ ശങ്കരൻകുട്ടി മാരാർ, തന്റെ സംഘത്തോടൊപ്പം പ്രദർശനപ്രകടനം നടത്തി. വിവിധതരം ചെണ്ടമേളങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റിയും, അതിനുപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റിയും, മേളങ്ങൾ നടത്തപ്പെടുന്ന പ്രധാന ഉത്സവങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റിയും, അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തിപരിചയത്തെപ്പറ്റിയും വിശദമായ ചർച്ച ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

2024 നവംബർ 2 മുതൽ 3 വരെ മലയാളോത്സവം (Festival of Malayalam) കൊണ്ടാടി. പ്രശസ്ത സാഹിത്യകാരനായ ബെന്യാമിൻ മുഖ്യാതിഥി ആയിരുന്നു. യു കെ യിലെ മലയാളം എഴുത്തുകാരുടെ മൂന്നാം ദേശീയ സമ്മേളനം, മലയാളി കലാപ്രവർത്തകരുടെ ചിത്രകലാ പ്രദർശനം, യു കെ മലയാളം എഴുത്തുകാരുടെ പുസ്തക പ്രദർശനം എന്നിവ ഇതോടൊപ്പം സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഡിസംബറിൽ പ്രശസ്ത ചിത്രകാരിയായ നിർമലാ മേനോന്റെ ചിത്രകലാ പ്രദർശനവും, ചർച്ചയും സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. 

2024 നവംബർ മുതൽ 'Thursday Coffee Club @ zoom' എന്ന ശീർഷകത്തിൽ ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി സാഹിത്യ ചർച്ചകൾ ആരംഭിച്ചു. ഇത് ഒന്നിടവിട്ടുള്ള വ്യാഴാഴ്ചകളിൽ വൈകിട്ട് 7 മണിമുതൽ നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു.

A tribute was held to honor the late British poet, actor, and writer Benjamin Zephaniah, who passed away in December 2023. The event introduced his literary contributions, including a detailed discussion of his novel 'Refugee Boy'. In-depth discussions were also held about world-renowned films like Pather Panchali and Bicycle Thieves. Clips from these films were showcased, adding strength to the discussions.

Matannoor Shankaran Kutty Marar, a distinguished figure in chenda (traditional Kerala percussion), along with his group, conducted a performance presentation. There was a detailed discussion about various types of chenda ensembles, the instruments used in them, the main festivals where these performances are held, and his own professional experiences.

From November 2 to 3, 2024, the Festival of Malayalam (Malayalotsavam) was celebrated, with renowned writer Benyamin as the chief guest. The event included the third National Conference of Malayali writers in the UK, a visual arts exhibition by Malayali artists, and a book exhibition by UK-based Malayalam writers. In December, a painting exhibition and discussion by the famous artist Nirmala Menon was also organized.

From November 2024, online literary discussions began under the title 'Thursday Coffee Club @ zoom'. These are held on alternate Thursdays from 7 PM onwards.

മലയാളത്തിലെ പ്രശസ്ത നോവലിസ്റ്റും കഥാകൃത്തുമായ ടി ഡി രാമകൃഷ്ണൻ, സാഹിത്യ നിരൂപകനായ ഡോ കെ പ്രസന്നരാജൻ, മാജിക് പ്ലാനറ്റ് സ്ഥാപകനും മാന്ത്രികനുമായ ഗോപിനാഥ് മുതുകാട് എന്നിവർ 2023 ൽ കട്ടൻകാപ്പിയും കവിതയും സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച വിവിധ പരിപാടികളിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു. മണമ്പൂർ സുരേഷ് എഴുതിയ 'റേ മുതൽ ലണ്ടൻ ഫെസ്റ്റിവൽ വരെ' എന്ന ഗ്രന്ഥത്തിന്റെ പ്രകാശനം, 'ഗാന്ധി', 'ടോക്കിയോ സ്റ്റോറി' എന്നീ പ്രഗത്ഭ സിനിമകളെ അധികരിച്ചു കേരളാഹൗസിൽ വച്ചു നടത്തപ്പെട്ട ചർച്ചകൾ, ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി നടത്തിയ കവിയരങ്ങ് എന്നിവയാൽ സമ്പന്നമായിരുന്നു ഈ വർഷം.

Famous Malayalam novelist and story writer T D Ramakrishnan, literary critic Dr K Prasannarajan and Magic Planet founder and magician Gopinath Mutukad participated in various events organized by Kattankappiuim Kavithayum in 2023. The year also witnessed the release of the book 'Ray muthal London festival vare' authored by Manambur Suresh, discussions based on well acclaimed films 'Gandhi' and 'Tokyo Story' and an online poetry reading session.

കോവിടാനന്തര വർഷമായ 2022 ൽ 6 ഓൺലൈൻ കവിയരങ്ങുകളും 3 മുഖാമുഖം പരിപാടികളും കട്ടൻകാപ്പിയും കവിതയും സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. എഴുത്തുകാരും, അക്കാദമി അവാർഡ് ജേതാക്കളുമായ പോൾ സഖറിയ, പ്രൊഫസർ റ്റി  ജെ  ജോസഫ്, വാഗ്മിയായ പ്രൊഫസർ എം എൻ കാരശ്ശേരി എന്നിവർ കേരളാഹൗസിൽ വച്ചു നടത്തപ്പെട്ട പരിപാടികളിൽ സംബന്ധിച്ചു.

Though the pandemic limited Coffee & Poetry to online events as in the previous year, it was able to complete 131 meaningful events in 2021. This year alone we organised 20 events (9 Facebook / Zoom live events & 11 Clubhouse events). Short story workshop and poetry workshop were aimed at bringing in an in-depth understanding about the two most widely used literary forms like Short story and Poetry. Other events were mostly presentations and related discussions. In addition, Coffee and Poetry also associated with a book review organised by Akshara Book Club of MAUK women's forum.

In 2020, Kattankappi conducted 21 episodes through Facebook Live broadcast, with the aim of keeping people engaged, entertained, and enlightened while they awaited normalcy. Topics coved
included creative writing, storytelling, poetry, travelogue, book review, mental wellbeing, environment, climate change challenges, workshops on story-writing and poem writing, etc. Over 100 eminent speakers from the social, art and literary domains contributed to 2020 Kattankappi events. This included prominent personalities such as K P Ramanunni (Novelist & winner of Kerala State Sahithya Academi Awards), Dr. Punalur Somarajan (Humaitarian & Founder and Managing Trustee of Gandhai Bhavan, Kerala) Girish Menon (CEO Action Aid, U.K), Dr. Hena Vijayan (Child Consultant and Adolescent Psychiatrist), Dr Shafi Muthalif (Consultant Psychiatrist at NHS), Dr Gopakumar Nair (Director at NHS England and NHS Improvement), Dr. S Ramkumar (Dean at Rajiv Gandhai University of Veterinary Education and research), Sister Lucy (Social Activist) Ngeralath Hari Govindan (Musician), Prof. N M Kakkaserry (Orator, Author and Social Activist), Leela Santosh (Film Director

Coffee & Poetry completed 90 meaningful events in 2019. In this year, we organised 11 events independently and in partnership with other organisations such as Kalachethana Kadhakali Club, esSence United Kingdom, esSence Global UK and URUK. The Exhibition of Kathakali costumes and Kahdakali workshop were unique in nature. We Celebrated 100 years of UK Malayalam creative writing at the second UK Malayalam writers meet we organised at Keralahouse in March 2019. Vayalar sarathchandra varmma, Kalamandalam Vijayakumar, K P Ramanunni, Sunil P Ilayidom, Dr.C Viswanathan, Dr.Augustus Morris, Sajeevan Anthicadu and Suresh Ravindran attended various events. 

In order to effectively accommodate the network of growing friends of Coffee & Poetry in its programmes, it was decided in December 2019 to organise online events. This got implemented in January 2020 under the banner 'Cybermeet'.
