Ratheesh Manoharan

Born in a family of musicians, Ratheeshkumar was exposed to learning Violin at an early age of 6 from his guru Krishnaverny mylvahanam. He was so fortunate to have his Arangettam at the tender age of 14. Ratheeshkumar graduated in Violin from the University of Jaffna in Sri Lanka and then went to the University of Madras to attain his Masters. Ratheeshkumar later become a Research Scholar in the United Kingdom. He was so privileged to be a disciple of Kalaimamani A.Kanyakumari  and  Embar S.Kannan in India. Ratheeshkumar began his distinguished career as a Violin Artist in several aranketrams and performances .He is highly acclaimed as a solo and accompanying  artist .He is the Director of SHRUTHIMANOLAYA school of fine arts -uk, Students have been so fortunate to receive inestimable lessons in violin from a talented professional musician like Ratheeshkumar for the past several years.
