First your have to open an account.

Use the 'Open an account' button on right
Then login at the site
Go to 'submit your profile' form the right, below login form
You will see a new page with many tabs at top
Type your name at the 'Title' field under 'content' tab
Then type what others said about you ( or leave the area blank ) inside the bottom box.
Then go to 'Directory' tab at top
Fill everything on that page
Use 'Save' button at top to save
You can ignore other tabs at top
Once you clicked 'Save' button, you will reach home page. Your profile is ready for the us to verify and publish. We publish your profiles in 48 hours usually. Check back and see if your provile is visible under the directory category.
